ARTE stands for the Association of Ros Tapestry Embroiderers. The association aims to achieve museum status for the 15 tapestries based on the cartoons painted by Ann Griffin-Bernstorff. All the members of ARTE have been involved in embroidering these tapestries under the expert guidance of Alexis Bernstorff.
